Multiple Women Accused of Assaulting Rep. Matt Gaetz at Florida Wine Festival

A Florida woman, Selena J. Chambers, has been arrested and charged with battery after allegedly throwing a glass of wine at Rep. Matt Gaetz during a wine and food festival in Miramar Beach. Chambers faces two counts of battery, including one count of felony battery on an elected official. Gaetz reported the incident to law enforcement, and witnesses confirmed seeing Chambers throw the drink. Chambers claimed she tripped and spilled her drink on Gaetz.
