"Political Divisions and Controversial Tactics: Examining the Democrats' Strategies"
TL;DR
Fox News host Jesse Watters discusses the disqualification of former President Trump from the Colorado primary ballot and compares it to former Confederate soldiers being allowed to serve in government after the Civil War. Watters explains that the 14th Amendment, which bans insurrectionists from office, was eviscerated by Congress 150 years ago for the sake of national unity and reconciliation. However, the issue has resurfaced with Trump's case.
