The plan includes transforming the FBI, abolishing the Department of Education, and dismantling the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association. It also aims to end federal efforts for gender, sexuality, and race equity, restrict LGBTQ+ rights, and limit reproductive rights. Despite Trump distancing himself from the project, many of his former administration officials contributed to it.
