Senators Chuck Grassley and James Comer are demanding that the FBI produce an unclassified record alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national. The document, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions. Comer issued a subpoena today following legally protected disclosures to Grassley’s office. The subpoena requires the FBI to produce in unredacted form all FD-1023s that contain the word “Biden” and all accompanying attachments and documents.
