RFK Jr. Urgently Requests Secret Service Protection Following Home Intrusion

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an independent presidential candidate, has submitted a third request for Secret Service protection after an intruder was arrested twice in one day for trespassing on his Los Angeles property. The alleged trespasser, identified as Jonathan Macht, had asked to see the candidate and had sent hundreds of emails to Kennedy Jr. expressing an "obsession" with him. Kennedy Jr.'s security team detained Macht outside his home, and his private security firm has informed the Secret Service about the individual multiple times. The campaign claims that the Biden administration is the only one in 55 years to refuse early protection to a presidential candidate. This incident follows the arrest of an armed man impersonating a US marshal at a Kennedy Jr. campaign event last month.
