Supreme Court urged to intervene in abortion pill ruling.

The Biden administration and Danco Laboratories, which makes Mifeprex, have asked the Supreme Court to block a court decision that prevents pregnant women from obtaining the key abortion drug mifepristone by mail. The decision handed a sweeping victory to abortion opponents. The administration would need to win the votes of at least five of the nine justices on the court, which last summer in a 5-4 ruling overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling that said women have a right to obtain an abortion.
