"Texas GOP Showdown: YouTuber Brandon Herrera vs. Incumbent Tony Gonzales"
TL;DR
Texas Rep. Tony Gonzales faces a tough GOP primary runoff against YouTube personality Brandon Herrera, who has criticized Gonzales for his vote on gun control legislation. Despite endorsements from GOP establishment figures, Gonzales is challenged by Herrera's far-right campaign and support from the House Freedom Caucus. The low-turnout election could be unpredictable, with Gonzales needing to mobilize his core supporters to secure a win.
