Zooey Zephyr, a transgender Democrat, has sued House Speaker Matt Regier and statehouse Sergeant-at-Arms Bradley Murfitt after being silenced and barred for chiding her Republican colleagues over legislation to restrict gender-affirming health care and for encouraging protesters.
