"Trump Ordered to Cease Threats and Intimidation"

A state judge in Colorado has issued a protective order banning threats and intimidation in the first major lawsuit seeking to block Donald Trump from the state's 2024 presidential ballot. The lawsuit, filed by watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington on behalf of six Republican and unaffiliated Colorado voters, argues that Trump should be disqualified under the 14th Amendment's Disqualification Clause due to his alleged involvement in the Capitol attack and efforts to overturn the 2020 election. The case is expected to reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
