Trump’s Revenge Tour Shapes a Busy Six-State Primary Day
TL;DR
Six states—Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Oregon and Pennsylvania—hold primaries on Tuesday. The marquee race features Trump targeting Rep. Thomas Massie in Kentucky; Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp backs Derek Dooley in a Senate bid that could go to a runoff. Trump-backed candidates face competitive statewide contests elsewhere, while Democrats eye Georgia state Supreme Court races and Josh Shapiro’s Pennsylvania reelection bid as a broader test of the current GOP dynamics and Democratic momentum.
