Trump's Weight Jibes at Christie After Campaign Launch Attack
TL;DR
Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie launched his campaign for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, positioning himself as a moderate alternative to both Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Christie denounced Trump as a corrupt narcissist and vowed to draw blood in his quest for the nomination. Trump responded with weight jibes, sharing a video edited to make it appear as if Christie was starting his campaign at an all-you-can-buffet. Christie plans to win the nomination by setting himself apart as a bold, unflinching truthteller.
