West Virginia State Police Superintendent Resigns Amid Controversy

West Virginia State Police superintendent, Jan Cahill, who resigned this week, claims he was made a scapegoat in a broad investigation involving monetary and sexual actions involving troopers. Cahill said the issues were trumped up and that he had no faith in the investigation. Governor Jim Justice's chief of staff, Brian Abraham, said there are plenty of reasons to question the leadership of the State Police and that there are likely more revelations still to come.
