TL;DR
A fisherman who was believed to be lost at sea off the coast of Washington State was found alive and adrift in a life raft two days after the Coast Guard called off the search. The man had been alone on the raft for 13 days and survived by catching a salmon to eat. He was rescued by a group of "good Samaritans" and is now in stable condition.
