South Carolina store offers alternative punishment for teenage shoplifters.

Two teenagers caught shoplifting from Palmetto Moon in a South Carolina mall will work for the store instead of facing charges. Palmetto Moon president Amber Dube said the store wanted to give the teenagers a chance to learn from their mistake and contribute to the community. The boys' parents were heavily involved in finding a solution to the incident, and the teenagers returned the stolen items, apologized, and paid for them.
