Fatal Construction Fire and Massive Blaze in Charlotte Leave Two Dead and Two Missing

A second person has died after a massive fire broke out at a construction site in Charlotte's SouthPark area. The two victims were construction workers who worked for a Georgia-based construction company. Firefighters rescued 15 people, but two remained unaccounted for until the second victim was found.
