Amazon Prime Air jet overruns Miami runway, hits two vehicles

An Amazon Prime Air Boeing 767 crashes after overrunning Runway 30 at Miami International Airport, striking two vehicles and causing a sizable debris field. Five people were killed and five injured; the two crew members aboard survived. The jet traveled about 1,300 feet beyond the paved surface and damaged navigational aids and fencing. The van involved was owned by Ocean Service Corporation, and investigators recovered the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder as the NTSB probes the crash; the aircraft had previously flown Cincinnati→Miami→San Juan→Miami before the accident.
