Severe storms and high temperatures expected in various regions this week.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued until midnight for parts of North Texas, including Dallas and Tarrant counties. Isolated storms are expected to develop from 5 to 10 p.m. and will be capable of very large hail and damaging wind gusts of up to 60 to 70 mph. Scattered severe storms are also possible on Monday evening, with temperatures in the triple digits and heat indices likely close to 110 for the rest of the week.
