D.C.-area weather: Pleasant start, but rain chances ahead.
TL;DR
The D.C.-area will experience pleasant weather today with mostly to partly sunny skies and mid- to upper 70s temperatures. However, thickening clouds and showers are expected on Sunday and Monday, which could impact outdoor activities on Memorial Day. The rain is much needed as May has been a dry month, but it may be more hit-and-miss than widespread. Temperatures will range from the low to mid-70s in rainier scenarios and mid- to upper 70s in drier ones.
