Minnesota and Western Wisconsin Brace for Major Blizzard and Winter Storm.

A blizzard warning has been issued for central and southern Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, and parts of Wisconsin, with heavy snow expected Friday night and into early Saturday. Snow totals of 6 inches or more are expected in some areas, with winds ramping up and severely reducing visibilities. Southern Minnesota and parts of western Wisconsin could also see scattered thunderstorms, with a slight chance of severe weather.
