"Severe Storm Ravages New Jersey with Flooding, Power Outages, and High Winds"

New Jersey is experiencing widespread flooding, wind gusts over 50 mph, and power outages due to a storm. Heavy rain is expected to continue through the morning rush before easing around 9 a.m. Multiple flood warnings, watches, and advisories, along with wind alerts, have been issued. More than 47,000 homes and businesses are without power. Road closures and transportation delays are also reported. The storm is expected to bring 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 inches of rain across the state before ending this afternoon.
