The Tri-State area will experience a refreshing start to the day with few clouds and dry weather until noon. Clouds will build up by noon, and scattered showers and downpours are expected between 3-6 p.m. Rain is likely with isolated storms from 6 p.m. to midnight. Showers will fade early Wednesday morning, and clouds will decrease during the day. There is a small rain chance for Thursday evening, but Friday will be mostly sunny and warmer. Rain chances for Saturday look lower, and Sunday still has a chance of rain.
