Alexei Navalny's Health Declines Again Amid Suspected Poisoning in Jail.

Imprisoned Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny is suspected to have been poisoned again and is in failing health, according to his spokesperson. Navalny fell ill last Friday and lost 18 pounds over the past 15 days. He was put back in a punishment cell for another 15-day term on Monday. Navalny's spokesperson believes he is being administered low doses of poison in unidentified pills. Navalny has faced unrelenting pressure from Russian authorities and has been in and out of isolation in a tiny punishment cell. Germany has expressed concern over Navalny's worsening health and wants Russian authorities to ensure he gets access to medical treatment and is released.
