Deadly Attack on Uganda School Leaves Dozens Dead.

Islamic State-linked militants have been blamed for the attack. The Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) was created in the 1990s and took up arms against President Yoweri Museveni, alleging persecution of Muslims.
