"Robots Learn from Human Arm Dynamics to Assemble Satellites"

Researchers from the Beijing Institute of Technology have developed a new method inspired by the human arm to control robots that can assemble satellites in space. The technique, based on the variable damping characteristics of the human arm, aims to overcome the limitations of traditional robot control methods in adapting to diverse and uncertain situations and reducing vibration-induced assembly failures in complex and dynamic environments.
