KSE to spend $135M on Ball Arena renovation, expanding east lobby and amenities

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment announced a $135 million renovation of Ball Arena in Denver, featuring a 30,000-square-foot east lobby expansion enclosed by a glass façade, more entrances and escalators, a larger team store, a 34,000-square-foot pedestrian plaza, three new clubs with access to reserved seating, and upgrades to luxury suites; construction is planned for 2027–2028 in phases, while River Mile redevelopment is temporarily deprioritized.
