LIV Golf Faces $1.23 Million Payment Claim From Preseason Producer

Fresh Tape Media, which produced LIV Golf Week 2026, sued LIV Golf in New York state court for about $1.23 million in unpaid invoices plus interest after eight bills from January to March 2026 went unpaid. LIV had paid roughly half upfront and proposed settlements of $200,000 then $150,000, but the full amount remains outstanding. Fresh Tape obtained an ex parte order to freeze assets and has subpoenas out to banks as it pursues collection, while LIV’s public response has been limited amid broader vendor disputes and ongoing funding discussions with new backers.
