Defense Steals the Show in Notre Dame’s Blue-Gold Spring Game
TL;DR
Notre Dame’s Blue-Gold spring game was a glorified practice where the defense dominated and the score was secondary; CJ Carr’s performance drew overreactions but is not a signal of things to come, while young receivers Devin Fitzgerald and Mylan Graham flashed, Jonaz Walton showed burst, and defensive standouts Jayden Sanders, Rodney Dunham, and Keon Keeley impressed, with kicker Spencer Porath delivering a standout showing as the program builds toward the 2026 roster.
