TL;DR

Smoke from wildfires in Canada has led to dangerous conditions in the Philadelphia area, resulting in the postponement of the Phillies game and other outdoor events. Schools advised students and staff to remain indoors, and some schools dismissed early. The smoky conditions are expected to continue on Thursday, and Eastern State Penitentiary will be closed due to poor air quality. The rescheduled Phillies game will take place on Thursday, June 8.
