TL;DR
Joe Biden sarcastically congratulated Donald Trump on his alleged golfing victories, poking fun at Trump's boastful claims on Truth Social. Trump's dubious golfing achievements at his own courses have been widely criticized, with former Sports Illustrated columnist Rick Reilly calling out his cheating.
