TL;DR

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are close to hiring Zac Robinson, the Falcons’ offensive coordinator and a former Rams quarterbacks coach, to run the offense and call plays for Baker Mayfield, replacing one-year OC Josh Grizzard. Robinson’s prior Rams/Maysfield connection and Falcons’ productive 2024 season position him as a quick-fit upgrade, and his hire would be Bowles’ fifth OC in as many seasons, potentially heightening the Bucs’ rivalry with Atlanta.
