TL;DR

The Miami Dolphins moved down one spot to draft Alabama tackle Kadyn Proctor at No. 12, trading for two 2026 fifth-round picks. Proctor combines rare size and athletic potential for a right tackle/guard, but weight and conditioning red flags raise questions about reliability. The pick signals an inside-out rebuild of the line, banking on Proctor’s ceiling if he stays in shape and develops.
