Hurts, Smith Spark Week 2 Eagles Win as Wicks Emerges
TL;DR
Week 2 at Tennessee saw the Eagles win behind a stellar Jalen Hurts performance and DeVonta Smith’s highlight-reel catches, with Dontayvion Wicks emerging as a go-to target; the run game stalled and the o-line struggled with a new alignment, Goedert left with a knee injury, and safety play remains an issue, though Carter produced some splash plays. Three stars: Smith, Hurts, Wicks; Game ball: Smith.
