Kimes questions Vikings GM firing timing amid Darnold buzz
TL;DR
ESPN analyst Mina Kimes questions the timing of the Vikings' firing of GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, suggesting the move may be reactive to Sam Darnold's Super Bowl surge rather than just season results; the piece also notes heavy free-agent spending with little production, a lackluster draft (28 picks with only Will Reichard as an All-Pro and zero Pro Bowlers), and calls the tenure one of the franchise's most perplexing moves.
