TL;DR

The New England Patriots have not made a significant move during the NFL legal tampering period, while the Houston Texans secured edge rusher Danielle Hunter with a massive contract, signaling a departure from the Patriots' measured approach to spending. Hunter's addition bolsters the Texans' defense and creates a formidable tandem with Will Anderson, leaving the Patriots to address their needs elsewhere, ultimately re-signing Josh Uche to fill the void.
