Three-Team Deal Nets Claxton to Bulls, Randle to Nets, Gueye to Wolves
TL;DR
In a three‑team trade, the Minnesota Timberwolves send Julius Randle and the 28th pick to the Brooklyn Nets for the 33rd pick, while Chicago acquires Nic Claxton from Brooklyn using cap space; Mouhamadou Gueye moves from Chicago to Minnesota to complete the deal. The move creates a massive traded‑player exception and extra cap room for Minnesota (aiding a potential re‑signing of Ayo Dosunmu) as Brooklyn reshapes its frontcourt and Chicago bolsters its center position.
