FTC Demands Details on Microsoft's Gaming Deals and Future Plans

The FTC has requested more information from Microsoft regarding its recent agreements with Nintendo and Nvidia, as well as its exclusivity plans for content from Zenimax and Activision Blizzard. The FTC alleges that Microsoft intends to use these deals to justify the acquisition of Activision/Blizzard to regulatory bodies. Microsoft has been asked to produce details of the agreements and underlying internal documents related to them. The FTC also seeks documents related to exclusivity of content Microsoft acquired from ZeniMax and exclusivity of content Microsoft proposes to acquire from Activision.
