Gamers persist in legal challenge against Microsoft's Activision acquisition.

The group of consumers attempting to block Microsoft's proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard has amended and once again filed their lawsuit against the Xbox firm. The 73-page lawsuit now contains redacted information the plaintiffs say comes from Microsoft's internal documents, such as a strategy memo. There are also redacted sections with details of the ten-year deal Microsoft offered to Sony to keep Activision games on PlayStation. Lawyers representing the group have served subpoenas for more information to Activision, Nintendo of America, Sony and more.
