"Microsoft CEO's Controversial Comment on UK & Activision Blizzard Deal Raises Questions"

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella was asked if the company would ever consider "selling the product" in the U.S. and Europe but not the U.K. in regards to the ongoing effort to acquire Activision Blizzard. Nadella responded by saying "Let's wait for it all to play out." Microsoft plans to appeal the U.K.'s decision to block the acquisition and will argue against the FTC in court. The $69 billion acquisition would add Activision, Blizzard Entertainment, and King to the Xbox first-party roster.
