A judge has dismissed a class-action lawsuit brought forth by gamers attempting to block Microsoft's proposed purchase of Activision Blizzard and the Call of Duty series. The judge ruled that the plaintiffs failed to make their case based on the rule of law and did not provide enough factual context to support their claims of anticompetitive effects and broken promises. Microsoft still needs to clear regulatory hurdles in America, Europe, and other places around the world.
