PS Store antitrust settlement offers up to $7.85M for eligible players

Sony has proposed a $7.85 million settlement in a federal antitrust class action alleging it inflated prices for digital PlayStation Store games; eligible gamers who bought certain games via PS Store (and/or vouchers) before April 2019 and saw price increases of at least $0.50 may receive payments. Preliminary approval has been granted; final approval hearing is set for Oct. 15, 2026, with July 2, 2026 as the deadline to opt out or file objections.
