TL;DR

Modders on Reddit have found a way to fit a larger and more capacious M.2-2280 SSD into the Asus ROG Ally game console, which originally comes with a 512 GB M.2-2230 SSD. By removing stiffening ribs, moving the antenna, and isolating the drive, enthusiasts can achieve up to 4 TB of storage space. However, this modification voids the warranty and may affect internal airflows and cooling performance.
