California Apple Store Hit by Brazen iPhone Theft Spree
TL;DR
A thief dressed in black was caught on video stealing numerous iPhones from an Apple store in Emeryville, California, in broad daylight, before walking past a police car parked outside, which turned out to be a vacant bait car. The suspect was seen shoving the stolen phones down their pants and then fleeing to a nearby vehicle. It is unclear whether the thief was working alone or with others.
