Teen bartender allegedly groped by drunk patron at NJ celebrity chef's BBQ joint.

A 19-year-old bartender at Surf BBQ, owned by celebrity chef Victor Rallo, claims she was groped by a drunk patron while her bosses did nothing to intervene. The patron, Daniel Boswell, was a friend of management and regularly over-drank at the restaurant. Despite the bartender's repeated requests, management failed to eject Boswell from the restaurant after he sexually assaulted her. The bartender is suing Surf BBQ, Robert and Max Rallo, Boswell, Montana Perez, and Andrew Bouthillettew for sexual harassment, hostile work environment, battery, and negligence.
