Insomniac Games Targeted in Cyberattack, Wolverine Files and Staff Data Leaked

Sony is investigating a cyber attack on Insomniac Games, the developer of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, after a ransomware group named Rhysida claimed to have hacked the studio. The group has posted proof-of-hack documents, including details of Insomniac's upcoming Wolverine game and personal data of employees. Rhysida has given Insomniac seven days to comply before publishing everything it stole or auctioning it off for 50 bitcoins. This is the latest in a series of cyber attacks on Sony and its subsidiary studios.
