TL;DR

Kindle Colorsoft (16GB) is $169.99 and Kobo Libra Colour is $199.99 in Amazon’s Big Spring Sale, their lowest prices in months. Both have 7-inch 300ppi color-capable E Ink displays with IPX8 water resistance; Colorsoft suits Amazon Kindle buyers with 16GB, while Libra Colour offers 32GB, physical page-turn buttons, stylus support, and EPUB compatibility—great if you shop outside Amazon.
