Bayonetta’s Xbox Comeback Earns Free DLC Slipstream in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds
TL;DR
Bayonetta makes her first Xbox appearance in 13 years as a free DLC character in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds’ second year of updates, expected around October 2026. Xbox has gone without a mainline Bayonetta release since 2013, aside from a 2020 re-release; the CrossWorlds update also adds Godzilla-themed machines and tracks and an Evangelion pack (Rei and Asuka) with a Tokyo-III track, signaling hope for more Bayonetta presence on Xbox in the future.
