Bethesda Confirms Starfield Physical Editions Will Be Disc-Free.
TL;DR
Bethesda caused confusion over whether Starfield's physical version would include a disc or not, with a now-deleted tweet stating that it would only come with a code. However, a tweet from the Spanish Bethesda account clarified that the standard edition would include a disc, while the Constellation Edition would be code-only. It seems that physical discs will be available for Starfield after all.
