Bond Origin Game Delayed on Switch 2, Targeting Summer Release
TL;DR
IO Interactive has delayed the Switch 2 version of 007 First Light from its May 27, 2026 launch to later this summer to ensure the best possible experience, while PS5, Xbox Series, and PC releases remain on the original date. The move adds to a pattern of Switch 2 ports pushing back after launch and comes after IO’s earlier Switch 2 challenges with Hitman World of Assassination.
