Bungie unveils new sci-fi shooter Marathon at PlayStation Showcase.

Bungie is rebooting the classic FPS franchise Marathon, which will be a multiplayer, game-as-a-service extraction shooter set in the same universe as the original games. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S with cross-play and cross-save support. This is Bungie's first non-Destiny title in 13 years, and it marks a return to the developer's roots. No release date or monetization model has been announced yet.
