TL;DR

Bungie has set Marathon’s release date for March 5, 2026, with a $39.99 price and launches on Xbox Series S/X, PS5, and PC. Marathon is a PvPvE extraction shooter where teams of up to three players, as Runners, scavenge gear across multiple zones, and loot carries over between runs. The game was delayed in June after alpha feedback, with tests adding features like proximity chat, and it will arrive after ARC Raiders.
